This 2 hour workshop is a chance to pause after the busy Summer period, an opportunity to strip away all of life’s noise and come home to you. You will begin connecting into the body with a 45 mat pilates class followed by a series of relaxing practices such as meditation, journaling and intention setting to reflect and reset as we move into the Autumn season.
Using over 20 years experience of movement/mindfulness teaching and training Emily will hold space for you to connect inwards and reset in the beautiful village hall of Queen Charlton.
This is suitable for all levels, abilities and pre/post natal.
Please bring with you:
*Journal/paper and pen
*Comfortable clothing
(Yoga Mats/Blankets will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you’d like to double up!)
All in a super relaxed and friendly environment for you to feel supported, rested and leave feeling more like yourself than ever before.
