Meet at Queen Charlton Village, BS31 2SJ for 6pm and we will walk through the fields to take our circle outside

Dance is the very foundation of who you are. The truth of your body, mind and soul. Since the dawn of time dance and movement has been used to release, heal and connect to the divine within and out.

This circle will use simple dance and releasing movements to connect your to your divine feminine essence, as well as soothing meditation and journalling to receive guidance on your journey forward.

Using over 20 years experience of teaching, training and her intuitive gifts Emily will hold space for you to connect inwards and gain guidance in the beautiful fields of Queen Charlton.

This is suitable for all levels, and you do not need any dance experience to attend.

Please bring with you:

*Yoga Mat to sit/lie on

*Journal/paper and pen

*Warm, comfortable clothing 

All in a super relaxed and friendly environment for you to feel supported, rested and leave feeling more like yourself than ever before.

*Should the weather prove unsuitable you will be informed of an alternate venue 24 hours in advance
