Weekly mat pilates, yoga flow and stretch classes to help you find calm with the power of movement. Leave feeling both restored and re-energised. Classes are suitable for all ages, abilities, injuries and pre/post natal.
Using over 20 years experience of teaching movement Emily will hold space for you to connect inwards and gain guidance under the roof of this beautiful Grade 2 Listed village hall.
All in a super relaxed and friendly environment for you to feel supported, rested and leave feeling more like yourself than ever before.

Yoga Flow (55 mins)
A flowing yoga class with a mixture of grounding and standing postures to lift your body and calm the mind.

Mat Pilates (55 mins)
A class to strengthen and lengthen whilst bringing a state of calm with mindful movements.

Stretch & Relax (55 mins)
A super relaxing class with lots of deep stretches and a long meditation at the end.

LOCATION
Our classes take place in this beautiful Grade 2 Listed Hall in the beautiful village of Queen Charlton just outside of Keynsham and 20 minutes from central Bristol/Bath. The hall is well ventilated but also warm in the colder months. There is plenty of free parking in the village and please allow enough time to arrive before class begins. Doors open 5 minutes before class begins.
