    This is a practise for when you are stuck and want to move forward. Perhaps you are needing clarity on a question or maybe you’re feeling unsure of the next step. This practise will use meditation and somatic dance to clear your stuck energy and take you back to your True state.

    All you will need is a quiet space where you can move your body a little and optional journal if you’d like to record any insights.

    This is great to do when you feel like you need it or as a daily practise.
