SHADOW.

It is something I avoided my whole life. 

That I pushed down.

Unaware that the shadow were merely trying to protect me, to keep me safe. 

Until one day I realised. That these shadows of fear, doubt, anxiety and shame were echoes of the past. That I no longer had to be ruled by them. And instead of seeing them as negative, they were merely guiding me home to my light. 

I’m beyond passionate about guiding you to move through your shadow and into the light. Soon will be launching an online group programme to road test my new method. It will be curated for a small and intimate group in June- if you’d like the details on this then send me a DM.
