Stepping into the New

2024 brings a lot of newness and change for me. Stepping into expansion like I never have before. Blind trust and faith deeper than ever but such knowing that I’m on the right path and I am held. 

If you’ve been feeling the intensity of energies lately you are not alone. Eclipses, retrogrades, upgrades, tests the lot. 

More than ever I’ve been prioritising rest, stillness and nourishment. Delighting in Friday nights’ in with my yoga mat, oracle cards and journal. Listening deeper to my Soul’s voice like never before. 

And I encourage you to do the same. 

The world needs you. Your elevated consciousness. Your regulated nervous system. You uniqueness. Your light. And I’m committed to help you get there.
